How we got there:
We worked on building strength with the equipment she had available at home, improving her nutrition and creating structure around a busy family life. As Jamie progressed, so did her confidence, her knowledge and eventually her passion for helping other women.

What made her journey special:
Sarah had always loved being active, but career changes, travel and life transitions had taken her further away from the strong, athletic woman she wanted to feel like again. She came to me ready to put in the work. She just needed the right direction.
How we got there:
We brought structure and purpose to her training, improved her nutrition and worked on building muscle, not simply losing weight. Along the way, we learned when to push, when to pull back and how to keep her progressing even when life didn't go according to plan.

THE TAKEAWAY
The greatest transformations don't just change how someone looks. They change what someone believes is possible for themselves.
01
THE STARTING POINT
I still remember Natasha's first emails to me back in August 2022. She was nervous, excited and, in her own words, ready to finally feel like a new version of herself.
At the time, she didn't know just how far this journey would take her. Neither of us could have predicted that nearly three years later, she'd be standing on a stage in Toronto, more than 100 pounds lighter, collecting two first-place awards.
But that's what I love about coaching. Sometimes people come to you with a goal, and somewhere along the way, they discover they're capable of so much more than they ever imagined.
02
THE COACHING STRATEGY
When Natasha first came to me, we weren't chasing a massive weight-loss goal or planning for a competition. We were focused on helping her feel better, build confidence and create a healthier life for herself.
That meant more than workouts and meal plans. We worked on breaking old habits, managing stress, setting boundaries and reminding her that putting herself first wasn't selfish.
I kept her training and nutrition structured, taking as much guesswork out of the process as possible so she could focus on showing up and following through. And whenever self-doubt crept in, I was there to remind her what she was capable of.
Over time, the habits that once took so much effort simply became her way of life. That's the goal.
03
THE WORK SHE PUT IN
One thing I'll always admire about Natasha is that she never gave up.
She faced challenges, setbacks and plenty of moments when life could have given her every excuse to quit. But if she got off track, we talked, adjusted and got right back to work. She trusted me, trusted the process and never expected everything to happen overnight.
She was funny, determined, coachable and one of the most resilient women I've had the privilege of working with.
Watching her learn to set boundaries, put herself first and take pride in the promises she kept to herself was just as rewarding as watching her physique change.
And the stronger she became, the more she started believing in herself.
04
THE PROGRESS
Natasha lost over 100 pounds. But what makes me proudest isn't the number on the scale. It's the confidence, discipline and self-respect she built along the way.
By 2025, I remember looking back at her original progress photos and being genuinely overwhelmed by how far she'd come. When you work closely with someone for years, you're so focused on the next step that sometimes even you forget just how much you've accomplished together.
Then came something neither of us had planned when we first started: the Radical Body Transformations competition.
On June 6, 2025, I watched Natasha step onto that stage in Toronto and earn two first-place finishes and third place in the Absolute division.
I cried watching her compete. And I cried even harder when she won.
There's nothing quite like watching someone you've coached for years achieve something they once never imagined possible.
Natasha, if there's one thing I hope you always remember, it's this: whenever you start doubting yourself, look back at how far you've come. You've proven that you're a fighter, and that never-give-up attitude is yours to keep.
THE STORY BEHIND THE TRANSFORMATION
IT WASN'T MAGIC.
IT WAS WORK.
Four kids. A family business. A home gym. And a mother who learned that taking care of herself didn't have to come at the expense of everything else.

JAMIE'S WORDS
I reached out to lose weight and become strong, what I got was life changing.
- Jamie Iannucci, June 2022
01
THE STARTING POINT
Jamie came to me after having four children in four years. She wanted to lose weight and become stronger, but like so many moms, she was also trying to find her way back to herself.
What I love most about Jamie's story isn't just the incredible physical transformation you see in her photos. It's everything that happened along the way.
Watching her grow in confidence, learn about her body and eventually develop such a passion for health and fitness that she became a coach herself was pretty special.
She came to me wanting to change her body. She ended up changing the direction of her life.
02
THE COACHING STRATEGY
When Jamie first came to me, she wanted to feel strong, confident and like herself again. With four young children, homeschooling and a family business to run, she already had more than enough on her plate. The last thing she needed was another overwhelming commitment.
We started with manageable 30–45 minute workouts from home, structured meal prep and a few non-negotiable habits we agreed she could realistically maintain.
As Jamie got stronger, we progressed her training, added equipment to her home gym and made adjustments around her family's changing schedule. When her husband was away for work, we adapted. When she was sick, we prioritized recovery.
My job was to take the guesswork out of the process so she could focus on her family, trust the plan and keep moving forward.
Because good coaching isn't about making someone's life fit a program. It's about building a program that fits their life.
03
THE WORK SHE PUT IN
Jamie amazed me right from the beginning.
She was raising and homeschooling four children, helping run a business and often managing everything while her husband worked away. Yet once we established her non-negotiables, she committed to them.
She meal prepped, trained consistently, communicated openly and asked questions every step of the way. She trusted me to make the adjustments and never expected overnight results.
We had setbacks, like everyone does. But Jamie understood that needing to rest, change the schedule or take a different approach didn't mean she was failing.
Every few months, we could see how much stronger she was becoming. And the more progress she made, the more excited she became about what she could accomplish next.
She has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know, and she put that same heart into her transformation.
04
THE PROGRESS
Jamie's physical transformation speaks for itself, but one of my favourite accomplishments was watching her go from not being able to do a single pull-up to eventually doing multiple.
Her muscle development was incredible, especially considering everything she was balancing at home. She became stronger, more confident and genuinely passionate about the training and nutrition she once needed guidance with.
But what makes me proudest is the example she set for her four children. They watched their mom make time for her health, work toward her goals and follow through on the promises she made to herself.
And then something pretty special happened.
I saw how much Jamie had learned, how naturally she connected with people and how her own experiences could help other women facing similar challenges. I encouraged her to consider coaching, and eventually had the privilege of mentoring her as she became a coach herself.
What started as a coach-client relationship grew into a wonderful friendship, and today I'm lucky enough to call Jamie one of my best friends.
She came to me wanting her confidence back. Watching her discover her strength, find her passion and become someone who could help other women do the same has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

MORE THAN A
WORKOUT PLAN.

I've never believed that great coaching is simply handing someone a training program and a meal plan.
My clients have families, careers, responsibilities, struggles and entire lives happening outside the gym. They don't come to me because everything is perfectly organized and they have unlimited time to focus on themselves.
They come to me because they need someone who understands that reality and knows how to help them move forward within it.
That's why I keep my coaching roster intentionally limited. I want to know the people I'm working with, understand what they're going through and be there to help them navigate the difficult weeks just as much as the successful ones.
Some of the women I've coached have been with me for years. Some have become friends. All of them have reminded me why I love what I do.
Because the real transformation isn't just what happens to their bodies.
It's what happens when they start believing in themselves again.
THE STORY BEHIND THE TRANSFORMATION
SHE DIDN'T WAIT
FOR LIFE TO SLOW DOWN.
Twenty pounds lost in twelve weeks. A stronger body, growing confidence and proof that progress doesn't require perfect circumstances.
SARAH GLENN
From active to athletic - and stronger than ever.

OUR TIME WORKING TOGETHER:
12 Weeks: April 27 - July 19 2026

RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS
20 lb reduction
-13.6 inches
Hip thrusts: 95 → 125 lb in 4 weeks
RDL: 40 → 60 lb in 4 weeks

01
THE STARTING POINT
When Sarah first came to me, she wasn't new to being active. She had spent years working in the outdoor industry, where movement, adventure and physical activity were naturally part of her life.
But things had changed. A career shift meant more time sitting, more stress and less of the physical activity she'd once enjoyed without having to think about it.
She had already started finding her way back into the gym, but she wanted more than random workouts and conflicting advice from fitness apps. She wanted to feel strong, athletic and confident in what she was doing.
And with work travel and some major personal changes happening, she needed a plan that could move with her life.
02
THE COACHING STRATEGY
One thing I recognized early with Sarah was that she didn't lack motivation. She already enjoyed being active. What she needed was structure, proper progression and a clearer understanding of how to get the results she wanted.
We built her program around strength training, personalized nutrition and learning how to train with purpose, rather than simply doing more.
And sometimes, that meant doing less.
When Sarah's weight started dropping quickly, I actually reduced her daily step target. I didn't want her chasing the lowest number on the scale at the expense of muscle, strength or recovery.
As she progressed, we shifted more attention toward lifting heavier, improving her technique and learning to feel the muscles she was training.
We also made room for real life. Travel, social occasions, changing schedules and recovery were all part of the plan, not reasons to abandon it.
My goal was to give her the knowledge and direction to feel confident in her choices, whether she was at home, travelling for work or standing in an unfamiliar gym.
03
THE WORK SHE PUT IN
What impressed me about Sarah was how quickly she took ownership of the process.
She showed up, tracked her nutrition, asked questions and genuinely wanted to understand what we were doing and why.
And her strength started climbing.
During her first training phase alone, she progressed her hip thrust from 95 to 125 pounds and her Romanian deadlift from 40 to 60 pounds. She wasn't just going through the motions anymore. She was becoming stronger and more intentional with every workout.
Of course, life still happened. She moved, travelled, navigated social events and had weeks where things didn't run as smoothly.
But one of my favourite things to see was how she started recognizing when she was slipping out of her routine and correcting it herself.
Instead of waiting for Monday or deciding the week was ruined, she'd prepare her meals, get her training back into her calendar and carry on.
That's the kind of progress I love to see. Not perfection, but a woman learning to trust herself and take control of her own habits.
04
THE PROGRESS
In twelve weeks, Sarah lost 20 pounds, going from 157 to 137 pounds, and reduced her combined body measurements by 13.6 inches across the areas that decreased.
Her physique became noticeably leaner and more defined, and her strength improved across several major lifts.
But one of the moments I loved most was hearing about her completing a challenging hike feeling strong, prepared and capable.
For someone whose life had once revolved around being active and adventurous, that meant something.
Sarah also began noticing changes beyond her body. Better energy, growing confidence, improved sleep and a different relationship with the routines and decisions that supported her goals.
She wasn't simply following instructions anymore. She was learning how to make those choices for herself.
And that's what makes her transformation so rewarding to me.
I didn't want Sarah to finish her program just twenty pounds lighter. I wanted her to walk away feeling stronger, more knowledgeable and more confident in the continuing this lifestyle moving forward.
She came to me wanting to feel athletic again.
Watching her begin to reclaim that part of herself was something pretty special.
