“No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

8. Mel’s Training Club membership, app and community​

This policy also covers Mel’s Training Club. Membership information can include your name, email address, account details, subscription and payment status, workouts you log, progress information you enter and messages or content you share in the member community. We use this information to provide membership and app access, maintain your subscription, support workout tracking, administer the community and respond to service requests.

Our website, coaching app and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their own privacy notices also apply to information they collect directly.

Your display name, profile details and content you share in a member chat may be visible to other participants and community administrators. A private member group is not a confidential one-to-one coaching channel. Share only information you are comfortable making available to the group.
