Before we dive into training together, we’ll start with a quick 10-minute Fit Call to make sure we’re a great fit and that in-person coaching aligns with your goals.
If it feels right, you’ll then be invited to book your free 30-minute In-Person Assessment at my private studio.

DURING THAT SESSION, WE'LL:

  • Review your goals and past training experience

  • Assess your posture, mobility, and movement patterns

  • Discuss nutrition, recovery, and your roadmap moving forward

  • Build your next steps for success with Team Mel Coaching
